Competition format of Argentine Division 2

In the Argentine Division 2, teams play against each other twice during the season - once at home and once away. Points are awarded for wins (3) and draws (1), determining the final league positions.

Teams finishing in 1st and 1st places qualify for Finals, giving them the opportunity to compete at a higher level.

Teams finishing in 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 4th, 5th, 5th, 6th, 6th, 7th, 7th, 8th, and 8th places qualify for Promotion Playoff, offering them a chance to advance their competitive standing.

At the end of the season, the bottom 4 teams are relegated to Tebolidun League Group B. They are replaced by promoted teams from that division.
